Return Refund
Online Exchange Policy:
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.
Washed, altered, damaged, or soiled items will not be accepted.
Exchange Process:
Step 1: Contact Swaaraa Customer Care (Email / WhatsApp / Social Media).
Step 2: Courier pickup and inspection.
Step 3: Replacement item delivered if approved.
Conditions:
Exchanges depend on stock availability.
No cash refunds or store credit for exchanges.
Price differences must be paid if applicable.
If the replacement item is lower in value, the balance will not be refunded.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
Sale or discounted items.
Special or limited collections.
Items returned after the allowed period.
Damaged or Defective Items:
Notify within 3 days of delivery with photos/videos.
Item must be unused and in original condition.
Approved cases may receive an exchange or refund.
General Terms:
Returned items are customer’s responsibility until received by Swaaraa.
Proper packaging is required.
All decisions are final and at Swaaraa Management’s discretion.
